“BerkaGroup” is a trading name of BERKA GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 276 Chase Road, Suite 7-0292, Lonsto House, London, England, N14 6HA (“BerkaGroup”, “we”, “us”). We operate berkagroup.com and the diagnostic tools, forms, and admin systems available on this site (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Diagnostic responses. When you run the interactive diagnostic on this site, we collect the answers you choose — your industry or branch, the operational bottleneck you select, and the recommended solution tier — along with the email address you provide to receive a proposal.

Generated estimates. If you use the ROI calculator, the hours-saved and annual-recovery figures it produces from your inputs are stored alongside your diagnostic submission so we can prepare a relevant follow-up.

Direct communications. If you email us (e.g. info@berkagroupai.com), we retain that correspondence to respond to you.

Automatically collected data. Our hosting provider logs standard technical data for every visitor — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

The only cookie set by this site is a short-lived, HTTP-only session cookie used exclusively to authenticate access to our internal, password-protected admin console. It is not set for visitors browsing the public site, does not track you across sessions, and is not shared with any third party. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

We use the information above to:

• Generate and send you a personalized recommendation and, where requested, a free proof-of-concept proposal;
• Review and respond to submissions through our internal admin console, accessible only to BerkaGroup team members;
• Improve the accuracy of the diagnostic tool and the relevance of our services;
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your data is stored using Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL database provider) and served through Vercel (our hosting provider). These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell it.

We retain diagnostic submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and — where a business relationship develops — for the duration of that relationship. You may request deletion at any time; see Section 8.

Access to submitted leads is restricted to a password-protected admin console used only by BerkaGroup team members, and data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your information from our systems.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
